Hayley - Senior 2017

September 25, 2016  •  Leave a Comment

Ever go to an on location portrait session, get ate alive by mosquitoes and have equipment malfunction? I hadn't before the beginning of this month. Thankfully, I had a wonderful senior in front of my lens who did great even though we had those problems.

I didn't realize the location that we chose would be so bad with bugs but we made it work. My flash wouldn't fire for me when I needed it either. I love using flash during sessions but wasn't able to for long so I told Hayley that we would try for more image the next weekend. Problems aside, we got some great images that day.

The next weekend, we met at a less buggy location and my flash cooperated this time. My only concern was the wind. A friend of mine volunteered to tag along and keep the wind from knocking over my light stand and flash. Very much appreciated! :) During this part of the session, I even had Hayley's sister jump in on a few of the images for something fun.

The images in this post are a few of my favorites from Hayley's gallery. This was a fun session and I'm glad I got to be part of your senior year, Hayley! :)
